The Operations Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of a large multi-specialty ophthalmology practice including, but not limited to, ensuring compliance with all prescribed policies and procedures, and state and federal regulatory guidelines; leading the charge on initiatives that result in increased patient satisfaction, process improvement and increased efficiencies and effectiveness, and increased revenues.
Receptionist (Front & Back Desk)
The Receptionist is responsible for greeting all patients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner. The Receptionist must have the heart of a servant and a genuine commitment to caring for the needs of others.
The Optician is responsible for providing excellent customer service, while assisting patients with their optical needs. The Optician will be responsible for conducting sales, dispensing glasses and contact lens, performing repairs, prescription analysis, providing patient education, and the overall operation of the optical center.
Perform an extensive number of data collection functions as delegated by the physician to allow for proper professional diagnosis of patients’ conditions and do so in a way that instills patient confidence in the treatment. Demonstrate ophthalmic assistant skills. Responsible for daily patient care and flow.
