Medical Office Receptionist
WGECC is currently seeking a friendly, compassionate, and detail-oriented individual to join our team of Receptionists. The Receptionist will be responsible for tasks including, but not limited to, answering patient inquiries (face-to-face and by phone), scheduling appointments, securing patient demographic and insurance information, and completing the patient check-in/check-out process.
Call Center Receptionist
Busy, multiple physician medical office seeking highly-motivated, patent-focused individual for our Call Center. Candidates must have exceptional customer service skills, to include demonstrating genuine compassion and concern for our patients. Candidates must be articulate and have good command of the spoken English language. Candidates must be self-disciplined and able to work independently. Attendance and punctuality are required.
Perform an extensive number of data collection functions as delegated by the physician to allow for proper professional diagnosis of patients’ conditions, and do so in a way that instills patient confidence in the treatment. Demonstrate ophthalmic assistant skills. Responsible for daily patient care and flow.

This position is located in a privately owned ambulatory Ophthalmic surgery center. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Peri-Operative Nurse, seeking limited part-time work, requiring no weekends or evenings.

The Clinical Manager will provide leadership, training, guidance, and accountability to a staff of approximately 40 Ophthalmic Assistants and Patient Surgery Schedulers.
