Valentine’s Day (and Every Day!) We Love Our Patients!

Valentine’s Day is near and it is a special reminder of what West Georgia Eye Care Center commits to every day… To Love Our Patients!  If you have been to one of our three locations, we certainly hope that you have experienced that love.  It has been our commitment since our founding 70 years ago and it is still just as important to us today.  Many of you have become more than patients – you are our friends and our extended family. Making your visit the best it can be is our goal and one of the ways we show how much we care.  Caring has looked a little different this past year, but at the heart of it, it’s still the same!

Wearing Our Masks –

We appreciate each of you and your trust in us to do our best to keep you safe. For nearly a year, that has meant that we wear facial coverings to help protect you.  Early in 2020, the Board of Directors of West Georgia Eye Care Center mandated that all physicians and staff wear masks to reduce the risk of COVID-19.  Today, we remain under that mandate and continue to put your safety first.  It may not look like a heart-shaped card, but masks are a definite expression of love.

Cleaning, Cleaning, Cleaning –

You may have seen us with sanitizer in-hand spraying all the surfaces in an exam room, wiping down the waiting room, or cleaning the counters at the front and back desks.  This is done too many times a day to be able to count.  We have sprayed and wiped and repeated thousands of times in 2020.  It may not be as tasty as a box of candy but it is one way that we express how important you are to us and that is sweet indeed!

Happy Valentine’s Day –

We wish that we could give each of you a heart shaped card or a box of candy as a reminder of our love and appreciation for you.  Since that’s not realistically possible, we want to include all of you in this Valentine wish. Our prayer:

that God will bless your day in some special way,

so that you remember that He (and we) love you !
